新媒體藝術家，擅長於互動藝術、生成藝術、燈光裝置創作，同時致力於創意程式設計教育，至今已協助數十位藝術家與設計師完成新媒體藝術作品。

Kidd Tsai is a new media artist specializing in interactive art, generative art, and light installations. He is also dedicated to creative coding education, having helped dozens of artists and designers realize their new media art projects.

當代創作者越來越仰賴數位工具來拓展創作的表現形式，而工具的選擇往往決定了作品的語彙與可能性。TouchDesigner 作為一套以視覺邏輯為核心的創作平台，正逐漸成為藝術家與設計師進行互動設計、演算視覺與動態裝置創作的理想選擇。
本次分享將由 BLND Academy 創辦人 Kidd 從設計思維、創作實踐與教學現場三個面向切入，帶領大家認識 TouchDesigner 如何在不同場域中被應用。他也將回顧自己從 Processing、p5.js 等文字式程式，逐步轉向 TouchDesigner 創作的歷程，並分享這樣的轉變如何貼近藝術家的直覺，讓人更快速地進入創作狀態。
這不僅是一場工具導覽，更是一場關於「如何讓創作回歸直覺與靈感」的經驗分享。

In today’s creative landscape, artists and designers increasingly rely on digital tools to expand the possibilities of their work, and the choice of tools often shapes the vocabulary and potential of the final creation. TouchDesigner, a visual programming platform centered on visual logic, has become a preferred choice for interactive design, generative visuals, and dynamic installations.
In this talk, Kidd, founder of BLND Academy, will approach the topic from three perspectives—design thinking, creative practice, and teaching experience—to explore how TouchDesigner is applied across diverse contexts. He will also share his personal journey transitioning from text-based programming tools like Processing and p5.js to TouchDesigner, and how this shift aligns more closely with an artist’s intuition, enabling a faster and more instinctive creative process.
This is not just a software introduction, but an exploration of how to bring creation back to instinct and inspiration.
