本場「印度阿育吠陀烹飪體驗講座」由專業阿育吠陀Vaidya胡琦偵(Vd. Maya)帶領,結合講座與實作,介紹兩道經典養生飲食——Ojas活力能量球與甜茴香茶。參與者將認識阿育吠陀食療原則與三種體質的飲食調養法,並親手製作無需烘烤的點心,實際體驗「食即是藥」的美味與身心療癒智慧。
This Indian Ayurveda cooking experience is led by Vaidya HU Chi-Chen (Vd. Maya), a certified Ayurvedic physician. The session blends talk and hands-on activity, introducing two nourishing recipes—Ojas Energy Balls and Sweet Fennel Tea. Participants will learn the basics of Ayurvedic dietary therapy and how to adapt food to their individual dosha (body constitution). With no baking required, this interactive session offers a delicious and healing way to experience Ayurveda’s core wisdom: food is medicine.
