About Gloria
Gloria is a Taiwanese-Australian coach and meditation teacher. As an ex-senior designer in tech and banking, despite a multi-six-figure salary and outward success, she had struggled with anxiety, depression, and trauma since she was a teenager. After years of self-healing and deeply studying coaching and healing from teachers in the US, UK, Australia, Bali, and Taiwan, she now devotes her life to helping high-achievers find lasting peace using grounded, practical tools.
Gloria brings warmth and humour to serious inner work, drawing on her past experience as a stand-up comedy hobbyist to help clients feel safe, seen, and surprisingly at ease.
