透過聯合購電提議（Joint PPA）加速能源轉型

隨著全球企業積極邁向淨零目標，中小型供應商在採用再生能源方面，常面臨規模不足與市場進入門檻高等挑戰。為協助縮小這項差距，SEMI能源協作平台（Energy Collaborative, EC）攜手Apala Group，共同推出聯合購電協議（Joint Power Purchase Agreement, Joint-PPA）提議，提供專為臺灣市場設計的再生能源集體採購模式。此計畫旨在協助資源有限的供應商透過集體購買的力量，有效參與能源轉型。

本次線上工作坊將深入探討國際與臺灣再生能源政策、相關稅費與市場趨勢，並由專家分享中小企業如何因應這些變化的實務策略與成功案例，協助企業掌握採購機會與發展方向。

Apala Group將進行專題演講，說明聯合購電模式的價值，並提供企業參與本提議的實務建議與準備方向。

Accelerating the Energy Transition through Joint PPA

As global companies work toward net-zero goals, small and mid-sized suppliers often face significant challenges in accessing renewable energy — from limited scale to high market entry barriers. To help close this gap, SEMI's Energy Collaborative (EC), in partnership with the Apala Group, is launching the Joint Power Purchase Agreement (Joint-PPA) Initiative. This program introduces an aggregated procurement model tailored for the Taiwan market, enabling suppliers with limited resources to leverage collective purchasing power and actively participate in the energy transition.

This online workshop will offer participants practical insights into both international and local (Taiwan) trends in renewable energy policy, pricing, and market development. Industry experts will present actionable strategies for SMEs and share real-world case studies illustrating how smaller companies can engage in renewable energy procurement.

The Apala Group will also deliver a keynote session outlining the Joint PPA model's value and providing guidance on how suppliers can prepare to join the initiative.

We especially encourage SEMI members and Energy Collaborative Program partners to invite their Taiwan-based supply chain partners to attend. Stakeholders from related industries — including ICT and adjacent sectors — are also welcome to participate.
