近代全球貿易促進了歐亞交流，東方精美織品、珠寶與家具工藝，從歐洲上流社會的珍品普及至中產階級追捧的商品，還影響西方設計。本講座將以故宮典藏文物為引，介紹印度工藝設計元素，並帶領學員體驗轉化為印度風格裝飾圖樣的設計。
Driven by modern global trade, exquisite Eastern textiles, jewelry, and furniture craftsmanship transitioned from being exclusive treasures of European high society to popular goods sought by the middle class, also influencing Western design. This lecture will use National Palace Museum collections as a starting point to introduce Indian craft design elements and guide participants through a design activity to transform these elements into Indian-style decorative patterns.
