印度香料奶茶（Indian Masala Chai）在印度人生活中扮演重要角色，無論早晨、傍晚、餐後，任何時候都要來一杯，Minesh 老闆和餐廳團隊將現場示範製作印度香料奶茶，搭配經典街頭小吃咖哩角（Samosa）與又脆又富有酸甜鹹口感的曼尼普里球（Pani Puri）一同享用，參加民眾將可以品嚐到兩種不同的曼尼普里球醬料水：薄荷鹹香水與甜酸風味水，沉浸式體驗印度街頭的多元風味文化。
This hands-on session includes a live demonstration of Masala Chai (Indian spiced milk tea), accompanied by popular Indian street snacks—Samosa and Pani Puri. Participants will experience Pani Puri served with two types of flavored water: mint-spiced and sweet & tangy. It’s a vibrant cultural tasting journey into the heart of Indian street food.
