"Yeh Ben" refers to the Japanese surname that the Yeh family used to grind rice for export to Japan during the Japanese colonial period. Due to business needs, the surname was changed in conjunction with the Imperial Civilization Movement in 1940. It also has the meaning of getting at the root of the matter. We hope to bring the spirit of "One Encounter, One Chance" in the tea ceremony linked to solar terms and Taiwan crops are brought to travelers who come to Yeh Jin Fa Rice Story Museum.
