針對喜歡參與活動的健走/登山友人們，我們特別為你們準備了一個選擇！我們提供了一條環狀徒步路線，這條路線有許多美麗的步道和從山脊線上欣賞到的風景。這也是一個適合父母和孩子們的好選擇。*所有孩子在這條徒步步道上都必須由他們的父母陪同。
For our hiking friends who would like to be part of the bigger event, this is for you! We have a circular hike option available that has some beautiful trails and scenic views from the ridgeline. This is also a good option for parents and their kids. All kids must be accompanied by their parents on this hiking trail.
SAYSKY 8 公里組，是初次挑戰越野跑或喜歡輕鬆跑、社交跑的朋友們的絕佳選擇！
別看距離短，這條小而精的路線可一點都不無聊：有階梯、有林道、有短坡衝刺，也有平緩順跑的路段，變化豐富又充滿樂趣。而且全程都在夜色中進行，氣氛超有感！
賽道為 ITRA 等級 0，累積爬升約 500 公尺，適合想體驗夜跑魅力、又不想一次壓力太大的跑者，是踏入越野世界的完美起點。
Perfect for newer trail runners or social racers, this loop packs in variety and fun with a compact yet scenic challenge. Expect a mix of stairs, forest paths, short steep climbs, and smooth runnable flats — all under the glow of the night sky. Scoring ITRA 0, with 500m of elevation gain, it’s a great introduction to night racing and trail running without being overwhelming.
SAYSKY 16 公里組，最適合想在節奏與冒險間取得平衡的中階跑者！
這條路線融合了順跑的單軌小徑、視野開闊的稜線，還有具有挑戰性的爬坡——其中包含整段海拔最高點「二格山」的登頂。全程累積爬升約 970 公尺，既能推動你突破、又不會過於壓力爆表，還能在夜幕低垂時，眺望台北盆地的迷人夜景。
本賽道為 ITRA 等級 1，並納入 UTMB 20K 指數賽事，完賽可累積個人 UTMB 積分。
Ideal for intermediate runners seeking a mix of adventure and pace, this route features runnable single tracks, scenic ridge lines, and challenging climbs — including the ascent to Ergeshan, the trail’s highest point. With 970m of elevation gain, it offers just the right amount of push while delivering gorgeous night views over the Taipei basin. This course is ITRA Level 1-rated and contributes to your UTMB 20K Index.

從傍晚出發，你將沿著林間小徑一路向上，趕在日落前登頂欣賞夕陽，接著在夜色中穿梭下坡，迎接閃耀的城市燈火。這條路線爬升與可跑路段分布均衡，是一場節奏多變、充滿變化的中距離越野賽。

This tough yet rewarding course is built for experienced trail runners looking to challenge themselves over 1,300m of elevation gain. As the race kicks off in the late afternoon, you'll climb through forested trails just in time to catch the sunset before descending into a cityscape lit by night. It’s a well-balanced route of climbs and runnable sections, rated ITRA Level 1, and is part of the UTMB 20K Index — every finisher earns points toward their UTMB Index.

All entries escalate in price as per the above table. Make sure to register on time in order to benefit from the lower entry fees. Pre-entries close at 12:00 noon on September 1, 2025. Entries might also close earlier if we reach our manageable capacity for the event.

All children participating under the ages of 16 MUST be accompanied by their parents on the course. Parents MUST also register for the specific category their child is participating in.
NOTE: 6km Hike and SAYSKY 8km categories do not have Super Early Bird and Early Bird discounted entries. Entries into these two event categories start at Regular Bird entry rates.

- The race venue has NO parking available.
- Participants that choose to drive to the event with their own vehicles MUST park in designated parking areas around the venue. Vehicles that are parked illegally may be issued with fines or be towed by the relevant authorities.

活動保險和參與者個人保險 Event Insurance and Participant Personal Insurance
作為主辦方，我們已經為活動購買了公共責任保險，但此保險僅對因主辦方的行動或決策導致的事故或傷害引起的索賠提供有限保障。
我們建議您在參加此活動之前購買個人意外保險或國內旅行保險，以涵蓋在活動期間可能因個人受傷而產生的任何個人意外費用，包括救護費、醫療費用或收入損失。
國際參與者應在抵達台灣之前購買此越野跑活動的旅行保險。
所有參與者都有責任確保他們理解自己的保險政策以及對於每種個人事件或傷害可以提出的索賠。

We as organizers have taken out Public Liability Insurance for the Event that has limited cover for claims based on accidents or injury caused by the actions or decisions of the organizer.
We do recommend that you arrange your own personal accidental insurance or domestic travel insurance before participating in this event to cover any personal accidental expenses that may arise due to personal injuries during the event, including ambulance fees, medical expenses, or lost of income.
International participants should purchase travel insurance for the this trail running event before arriving to Taiwan.
All participants are responsible to make sure they understand their insurance policies and the claims they are allowed to file for each type of personal incident or injury.
I agree that if I am injured or require medical assistance, the Event Organizer may, at my cost, arrange medical treatment and emergency evacuation as deemed necessary by the Event Organizer. Venture Treks does not have personal accident insurance for participants.
We recommend that you arrange your own personal accident insurance, ambulance cover and income protection insurance before participating in the Event to cover any unforeseen personal costs you may incur due to ambulance trips, medical expenses, or time off work due to injuries sustained whilst participating in the Event.
I agree that I am responsible for my own medical and ambulance insurance cover.
退款政策 Pre-Event Refund Policy

This is a Pre-Entry Event. Entries are limited, so we suggest you reserve your place today.
Pre-Entries close on September 1st, 2025 at 12:00 noon, or at the Event Organizer’s discretion, when capacity has been reached.
Do not wait until the last minute to decide to sign-up, we often close the registrations before the registration deadline, as we regularly reach our manageable event capacity.
Full payment is required on entry. An entry is only confirmed on full payment of the entry fee.
Venture Treks has a cancellation policy pertaining to refunds. This is necessary because most of the expenses incurred in staging events are committed to in advance, and as such refunds are only possible well in advance. Refunds will be subject to a nominal administration and handling fee. Pre-event costs include supplies, race numbers, medals, medics, service providers, venue fees, staff and many other items that need to be in place for you to enjoy a safe and enjoyable event. Thank you!
60% of the entry fee paid will be refunded if an entry is canceled in writing on or before midnight on September 1st, 2025.
No refunds will be paid after September 1st, 2025.

NOTE: All refund payments are made within 30 days after the event date.
賽事取消或延期政策 Race Cancellation or Postponement Policy
我們的目標始終是提供一個愉快與安全的比賽體驗。但是為了您的健康和安全，有時不尋常的情況(天氣和其他外力因素)可能讓我們被迫取消比賽。我們從來不想取消比賽，所以只有在安全風險很大的情況下才會取消。
因下列原因賽事主辦方保留取消、修改或取消越野賽的權利:
- 自然災害(或台灣中央氣象局發布的警告)。在這種情況下，不能更改賽道以繼續比賽，也不能推遲比賽日期。
- 由於發生地震、颶風/颱風、洪水、山體滑坡、事故、流行病，而無法確保跑步者的安全。賽事主辦方保留對賽事縮短或取消的最終決定權。
- 比賽是否取消的決定將在比賽前一天或比賽當天作出。這將通過官方比賽網站和官方社交媒體進行溝通。
在這種情況下，將不退還比賽報名費。每位參加者必須接受任何已繳付報名費的風險。收取的參賽費用將用於賽事的發展和相關前製作業，包括賽道準備、比賽用品、許可證和管理。我們將盡一切努力為所有參與者提供一個公平和安全的活動。我們做出的任何影響比賽日期或可能取消的決定都是經過仔細考慮的，並基於整個賽事的安全性、可持續性和可管理性。

Our goal is always to provide an enjoyable, safe race experience. However, sometimes unusual conditions (weather and other) may require that, for your health and safety, we cancel a race. We never want to cancel a race and will do so only if the safety risk is great.
The race organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify or call-off the trail race for the following reasons:
- Natural disasters (or declared warnings issued by the Taiwan Central Weather Bureau. In such a case, the race course cannot be changed to continue the race, nor will the race be postponed to a later date.
- The inability to ensure runners safety due to in the event of an earthquake, hurricane/typhoon, flood, landslides, incidents, accidents, epidemics and/or pandemics. The race organizer reserves the right to make judgments and decisions regarding the shortening/canceling of the race.
- The decision as to whether or not the race will be canceled will be made on the day before the race or on the day of the race. This will be communicated via the official race website and official social media.
In such cases there will be no refunds of race entry fees. Each participant must accept any such risk of their entry fee paid. There is no complimentary race entry to a future race. Entry fees collected are used to develop and produce the event, starting well in advance of the race date – including course preparation, race supplies, permits and administration. We will make every effort to produce a fair and safe event for all participants. Any decision we make that impacts the race date or potential cancellation is carefully considered and based on the overall event safety, sustainability and manageability.
In the event of the race being canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, we will attempt to reschedule to a later date in the same year and all entries will transfer to that rescheduled date. If this proves impossible the cancellation policy will apply.

Participation in outdoor activities like hiking and trail running involves risks such as injury, property damage, or even death. Risks include:
Falling, injuries from natural elements (rocks, wildlife, weather).
Equipment failure or environmental factors.
Actions of other participants and remote settings with limited medical facilities.
責任承擔 Assumption of Responsibility
參賽是自願的，您承擔由此可能發生的任何事件的全部責任，包括來回活動地點的交通。Participation is voluntary, and you assume full responsibility for any incidents that may occur, including travel to and from the event location.
醫療自給 Medical Self-Sufficiency
需要使用吸入器、腎上腺素（EpiPen）或其他藥物的參賽者必須自備藥品；Venture Treks不提供這些藥物。Participants needing inhalers, epinephrine (EpiPen), or other medications must bring their own supplies; Venture Treks does not provide these.

緊急醫療處置同意 Consent to Emergency Medical Treatment
在緊急情況下，我授權活動醫療人員及急救人員提供必要的醫療處置。我同意進行為確保我的健康和安全而認為必要的治療。In case of emergency, I authorize event medical staff and first responders to provide any necessary medical treatment. I consent to treatments deemed advisable to ensure my health and safety.
保險與責任豁免 Insurance and Liability Waiver

I waive and release all claims against the event organizers, sponsors, medical staff, volunteers, and affiliates for any injury, harm, or property damage arising from my participation.

照片/影片政策 Photos/Videos Policy
在整個活動中，會拍攝照片和影片，並可能被用於VENTURE TREKS社群媒體和網站，作為分享內容和或宣傳VENTURE TREKS業務。
我同意VENTURE TREKS可以使用我的照片/視頻，以及在他們的社群媒體渠道和網站上使用我的名字、圖像、肖像和故事作為分享內容和或推廣他們的業務。
Throughout the event, photos and video footage are taken and may be used on the VENTURE TREKS social media channels and website as a way of sharing the content, and or to promote the VENTURE TREKS business.

在ACCUPASS 完成付款後，系統將發送報名完成確認信到你Email.
我們僅使用ACCUPASS 做為報名，活動當日不需要提供給我們報名紙本或QR 碼給我們！

Once successful payment is received on Accupass, a confirmation email is generated and emailed to the registered participant.
We use Accupass for registrations only, we don't require any participant to show us any paper tickets, e-tickets or QR tickets to gain access on the event day.
These functions are built-in automatically into the registration system, and isn't a requirement to attend our events.
