Josie Ng is the Design Lead at PayMe from HSBC, one of the fastest growing fintech entities in Hong Kong, where she champions design thinking, inspires data-driven design, and cultivates empathy for the everyday user.
With over 10 years of experience in digital design, Josie hails from a varied background of digital advertising, consultancy, and product design. Her journey has taken her all over the world, from New York to Shanghai and now, Hong Kong.
When she is not busy being an OCD pixel pusher, you’ll often find her stretching at the local yoga studio, making friends with every street kitty she meets, or eating her way through whichever city she’s currently in.

什麼是LTUX Taipei
Ladies That UX (LTUX) 是一個來自英國曼徹斯特的國際非營利組織，(http://www.ladiesthatux.com/)，全球包含在東京、倫敦、雅特蘭大、波士頓等有50幾個分會，主要宗旨是提供 UX / UI 相關領域的女性們有一個交流的機會，認識同領域跨產業的新朋友、聊天暢所欲言交換彼此工作上的想法、職場上的心得，或是分享 UX 領域專業經驗。
Ladies That UX在2015年來到台北，成立台北分會，三年來陸續舉辦多場聚會與工作坊，邀請國內外業界前輩分享，更鼓勵來自不同公司、不同領域的參加者彼此交流，更在2017 年底舉辦 Talk UX 國際研討會，吸引Google、Uber、IBM、Facebook等科技巨擘的UX關鍵人物來台分享世界級的實戰經驗，加強台灣與國際的科技交流。
